We offer shipping within Canada and The United States only. Orders are shipped from our store in Saint-Leonard New Brunswick.

Delivery Times:
Our team works diligently to process and ship your order within 1-2 business days of receiving it. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are based on the weight and size of the product(s) ordered, as well as the shipping destination. The shipping cost will be displayed during checkout.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your order online through our website or the carrier’s website.
Order Changes/Cancellations:
If you need to make any changes or cancellations to your order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
Shipping Restrictions:
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Any order placed with a P.O. box or APO/FPO address will be cancelled. If it's your only address, send us an email at lartisancanadainc@hotmail.com to receive a shipping quote.
Shipping Damage:
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Please provide photos of the damage and any other relevant information, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
