Hello! My name is Tammy, and I am a proud mom, yarn store owner, bird lover, and crochet designer with over 30 years of experience. As a mom, I have had the privilege of raising wonderful children who have brought so much joy and fulfillment to my life. Being a mother has taught me patience, perseverance, and the importance of nurturing relationships.

In addition to being a mom, I am also the owner of a yarn store L’Artisan. I started this business because I have a passion for all things yarn-related. My store offers a wide selection of affordable-quality yarns, crochet hooks, knitting needles, and other accessories for all skill levels. I take pride in providing exceptional customer service and fostering a warm and welcoming environment for all who enter my store or shops online.

Aside from my business, I am also a bird lover. I own a Macaw, Galah Cockatoo, cockatiel and a Conure. There’s something about the graceful flight of a bird and their beautiful melodies that brings me peace and joy.

I have been practicing craft of crochet for over 30 years. It all started with a simple chevron blanket, and since then, I have honed my skills to create intricate and beautiful designs. Crochet has been a constant in my life, and it has helped me through difficult times by providing a creative outlet and a sense of accomplishment.

As a crochet designer, I have been fortunate to share my love of this craft with others. I have designed numerous patterns for hats, scarves, cardigans, and other items that have been enjoyed by many. It brings me great satisfaction to see my designs come to life in the hands of other crocheters.
